Diablo Devils, Mission Viejo Maulers, Spokane Fightin' Fish, Burlingame Blue Ducks and Lake Merced Goutfish) along with 12 different Division Champions through the first seven seasons of play. *The 2013 Season was played with 12 Franchises before the league's expansion to 15 Franchises in 2014 while the 2020 Season was skipped due to the shortened season caused by the COVID pandemic.
