Well this has been a year...
COVID has ravaged almost everything in its path in 2020 including the Roger Dorn Baseball League season and my own ability to consistently produce any content with three little ones constantly running around our house.
While the kids might still be wreaking havoc, it's time to turn the page to the 2021 RDBL season and kick off our off-season content as clubs prepare for a Draft that will be unlike any other in league history.
With Keeper Lists virtually set before we shut down operations in March of last year, clubs have had a full season of player evaluation while several prospects pushed themselves to the front of the line for Opening Day activations. The Reserve Draft is also set to be stacked with two groups of MLB Draft prospects ready to be scooped up.
The top of the RDBL Reserve Draft is sure to look different than expected last season as both Dustin May and Dylan Carlson, the top two projected picks as of last March, are each entrenched in full-time roles for their respective big league clubs and will be Auction Draft eligible.
We look forward to moving through a review of Free Agents, Keeper Lists and the Reserve Draft as we prep for the 8th Annual Roger Dorn Baseball League Draft.
