The strength of any Roger Dorn Baseball League Franchise begins with their ability to find and develop talent in their Minor League System. When a prospect is determined to be ready to contribute to a club's Active Roster, that player is activated into a three year big league contract.

 

Given the movement of a player between their Reserve Draft selection and ultimate activation, we have established a Prospect Activation Tracker to truly measure the scouting success of each RDBL Franchise.

 

Below are the list of activations by the original drafting franchise, regardless of which team they were actually activated. Entering 2022, 191 prospects have been activated into big league contracts led by the Alamo Short Stacks who have produced 18 prospects who have joined RDBL Active Rosters.
