Keith Law released his 2022 Mid-Season Top 60 Prospect List on Monday which is topped by Alamo Short Stacks outfielder Corbin Carroll. Currently at Triple-A, Carroll was the 9th overall selection by the Stacks in the 2021 RDBL Reserve Draft, also landing current Active Roster starter Logan Gilbert two picks later in a Draft that has been a boon for the Franchise.
Carroll is one of two Stacks prospects ranked as the club traded away the 13th, 18th, 33rd and 46th prospects ranked on the list over the last few weeks in hopes of their first RDBL Championship.
The Idaho Taters lead the RDBL with seven prospects ranked led by shortstop Marcelo Mayer, a 2021 7th Round pick by the club. Josh Jung, ranked 54th overall, was the latest addition to the group following his acquisition from the Mission Viejo Maulers Monday morning.
The Asti Grape Stompers and Cloverdale Clovers both placed six prospects on the list with both clubs battling it out for the league's top Farm System Award in 2022.
2022 MLB Draftees Jackson Holliday of the Idaho Taters was ranked 42nd overall while 2nd overall pick Druw Jones of the Maltese Falcons ranked 22nd.
The Burlingame Blue Ducks were the lone RDBL club without a representative.
